Through MBSR, Debbie has developed a personal mindfulness practice that allows her to approach life's uncertainty with greater insight and wisdom and a lot less suffering. Her passion for MBSR is driven by their compassion for others.
Debbie received her training to teach MBSR through the UCSD Center for Mindfulness.

My desire is to help others experience the benefits of mindfulness in daily life.
